I loved...all the classes I’ve taken with Rosie. I particularly like the lecture portion of the class - being a former engineer, it’s always so much easier for me to follow instructions/recipes if I understand the whys rather than following [them] blindly.
The food was delicious, the recipes easy to follow and unique, and the instruction informative and encouraging. Rosie is a great teacher and chef who challenges and empowers her students to reach new cooking heights!
Rosie offers patient, consistent, and persistent instruction and guidance in everything from the basics of cooking method to the principles of nutrition.
I just love the approach - the science behind the food and then the actual preparation of the food. The mood was festive and joyful. I’m not a cook, and even I could follow the recipes...Well done.
